Absolutely relentless in searching out properties for buyers, Terry Ward checks the MLS computer system three times daily - including an initial search before 7:00 AM.  MLS allows you to learn the latest information about single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and investment properties that are currently on the market.

But that's not a wide enough search.

Terry Ward's property searches go beyond the MLS system.  In an attempt to find you the right property, non-represented sellers (FSBO's) are contacted on your behalf to see if their property will meet your requirements.

But that's still not a wide enough search!

Since Terry Ward maintains an extensive networking program with other real estate agents, he contacts  them to discover exclusive listings (or "pocket listings") that may meet your needs.  Such properties are not on the MLS and rarely have any kind of signage announcing the property's availability.  Through  this networking system, you may learn about suitable real estate that is available now or will be on the market soon.  You can then be ready to act.

The goal is simple: Terry Ward wants you to have first choice about properties currently on the market as well as those coming onto the market.  If what is found proves to be "just right" for you, all the resources and skills necessary for you to buy that property at the right price and terms will be at your disposal.
